- Egg - 4
- Onion - 2(chopped)
- Tomato - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 4-5 drops
- Coconut milk - 2 tsp
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Seasoning items :
- Cumin seeds -- 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Garnish - Coriander leaves

Method
- Boil eggs in a cooker, remove the shell and keep it aside.
- Grind Tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, chilli powder, coriander powder into a fine paste
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
- Add the chopped onions, turmeric powder and salt and saute till the onion turns brownish
- Add the grinded mixture,masala powder and saute for few mts
- Add lime to the mixture and stir it well.
- After a while, add coconut milk and boil it in medium flame for 3-4 mts
- Cut egg into halves and add to the frying mixture
- Garnish with coriander leaves
