- Basmati rice - 3 cup
- Onions - 1(chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Vegetables
- Green beans - 1 cup
- Carrots - 1 cup
- Green peas - 1 cup
- Lettuce - 2 cup
- Green pepper - 1/2
- Turmeric powder
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1tsp
- Salt - as needed
- Coriander leaves - as needed.
- Boil rice in a cooker and keep it aside in a tray.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions.
- Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder.
- Add salt and saute for few mts(till onion turns brownish)
- Add beans, carrots, green peas, lettuce and mix it well
- Add spring onions, green pepper and saute for few mts(till the green pepper is fully cooked)
- Add pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar and still it well
- Add the cooked rice to the mixture and stir well till it is fully mixed.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
